Directions

The Lake Ferry Holiday Park is near the end of Lake Ferry Road. Use Google Maps for help if you need it!

From Wellington

The route is well sign posted.
Take State Highway 2 to Upper Hutt, follow signs onwards towards Masterton over the Rimutaka Hill.
At Featherston, turn right into Revans Street, which leads into SH53 to Martinborough.
Turn right onto Kahutara Rd (signposted Lake Ferry).
Turn right onto Lake Ferry Rd, pass through Pirinoa, take right fork to Lake Ferry (Ngawi is to the left.)
You will see the Holiday Park on the right, just before the lakefront reserve. If you go past it you will see the Lake Ferry Pub at the end of the sealed road. If you go much past that, you will be in the sea!

Driving time is about 90 - 120 minutes.

Turn right onto Lake Ferry Rd, pass through Pirinoa, take right fork to Lake Ferry (Ngawi is to the left.)

Driving time is about 45 - 60 minutes.
